Complaints & Feedback

If you have any specific complaints about our service these should be made initailly to the Practice Manager, reception staff will advise you about how to do this.  We will do our best to resolve complaints as quickly as possible through our complaints procedure.  A leaflet about the process is available at the reception desk.
